Last spring I quoted on a job that I didn't get, but remained in touch with Olivia Gillman, who had been commissioning the job. In turn I commissioned her to produce and direct a performance piece (The Mad Hatters Tea Party) for In The Woods which was a great success.
For her latest play, an adaptation of Charlotte Bronte's Jane Eyre, she asked me to make a multi-pointed polygon piece that could represent the madness of Bertha. The resulting piece contains a light which will be switched on and off during the performance.
It was a really lovely job, that I made my own paper for! Awaiting the pictures of it on stage, but i'm excited.
